For churches, schools, and co-ops

This page exists to make a group order possible and to tell you, before you ask, what you may copy. If something you need is not answered here, ask and it will be added.

Reproduction and licensing

You may photocopy, print, and reproduce activity pages, worksheets, puzzles, and coloring pages for one group you lead: a class, a small group, a congregation, a co-op, or your own family. Make as many copies as that group needs. No permission request is required.

Two conditions apply. Keep the credit line printed on the page, and if you have retyped or redrawn it, credit the book title and Auctora Press. Do not sell the copies, post the files for public download, or put them into material that travels beyond your own group.

Wider use is handled on the rights and permissions page: a curriculum you publish, a conference handout, or a public website.

Ordering in quantity

Auctora Press titles are printed to order rather than held in a warehouse, so there is no wholesale channel and no trade discount schedule to quote. That leaves two practical routes.

  • For most group sizes, ordering the copies from the retailer page for that title is the fastest and cheapest path, and they ship to one address.
  • For larger quantities, or where an institution has to buy from the publisher rather than from a retailer, write to the press and it is handled case by case.

Purchase orders, invoicing, and tax documentation

Ask before you raise a purchase order and you will get a straight answer on what the press can supply for your institution's purchasing process, including tax documentation. Print to order shapes what is possible, so it is worth a short email before the paperwork starts rather than after.

Examination and sample copies

A single copy can be supplied for review by a ministry leader, curriculum coordinator, or teacher who is evaluating a title for a group. Say which title, which group, and roughly how many people it would serve.

Scripture and doctrine

The books stay narrative and formational, and take no position on baptism, communion, end times, spiritual gifts, or church governance. The translation policy is stated on the about page.

Graded Bible curriculum

An age graded Bible workbook series for churches and homeschool co-ops is in development. It is not finished, no date is promised, and nothing is available to order.

If you would want to hear when it is ready, or would be willing to look at it early, write to info@auctorapress.com with "graded curriculum" in the subject line and you will be told first.

Get in touch

Email info@auctorapress.com for anything on this page: quantity orders, examination copies, reproduction beyond the terms above, or the curriculum. Say which title and roughly how many people your group serves, and the reply can be useful the first time.
